Is there any reason the writing on these devlogs is more articulate or english-native compared to in-game? Are there different writers? No offense intended.

Same with me.

Also later in the game, stat changes stop popping up when you  flirt or read a book.

Waiting for the fruit to ripen, might be a better analogy.

I wasn't even aware there was a free version of the game anymore. It's been locked behind a paywall for a while. Wasn't until now that I even found the download for the demo options..... Really weird. The early pay wall before any spicy content and not knowing what direction the game was going kind of shut the door for me very early. I was still following updates because there's a lot of potential and hard work put into the game, and I liked reading the developments.

Wasn't 3 the last one?  I think it's going to be focused on relationships/interactions between other characters.

Really needs a guide. No idea how to progress and it's a bit time consuming.
